Stayed at the Grand Island, Nebraska, KOA. Very friendly staff, site was better then expected. No trees, but what do you expect in Nebraska?! They went out of their way to accommodate me (I was expecting to be a very late arrival, so they assigned me to a site that was particularly easy to get into at night).
It was fairly quiet, and I don't know what family activities there were. The wireless internet actually worked well (a first in any campground I've stayed at - most only sort of work).
I'd definitely stay there again.
