My 2619 is only 1 year old when I noticed one of the `arms' of the stove/oven grate was loose at one end. Upon inspection I noticed that when it was welded at the Suburban factory the arm was installed too far to one side which left little material to weld at the left end.
I called Jimmie Davis (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) with three days left on my warrantee and told him the problem. Today I received a new grate at no charge.
That's the kind of support that keeps people coming back time and again to buy/upgrade the TM product.
