Trailer storage - Up or Closed?

What's the best way to store the TrailManor? In it's full, upright and locked position ;), OR fully collapsed?
Mine is open right now.Can't see where that's a problem, but thought I'd ask other owners to see what they say...

I am sure there are many opinions.  I called the factory, and they said it didn't matter.  We store ours open.

I hear you on the opinions! :o
In thinking about, it's meant to go either way, and If you were to camp , basically live in the thing, for an extended period, it would be open anyway.
