We purchased our TM at the end of July. We are having such a super time with it and are thrilled to be a part of this community.

Cool pictures, and beautiful TM! Many camping stories ahead, I know.

Happy trails,

Dave

Nice! Are those slipcovers on the cushions or did you get them reupholstered?

Thank you!

We actually bought cloth shower curtains and I tore the old covers apart and used them as patterns.

I love the Lego propane tank you have there. Did it come with the TM or did you do that yer self?

KidKraz,
We painted it ourselves. :)

You did a great job and I may have to steal your idea. I'm sure you've received some comments from other campers when out and about.
Now I'm going to have to check out the Lego site for ideas.
Thanks for the smile.

I love your ideas! I am now searching online for shower curtains to cover the sofa on my 2720. Such a good idea! I am thinking I may make them as slip covers that close with Velcro, so that I can pull them off and wash periodically.

Also, we are a LEGO family, so I LOVE your Mini-fig head propane tank!!! So cool! Did you have anything to use as a guide, or did you just free hand it (the face, I mean?) ?

Thanks for the great ideas! I will try and post pics as I make progress too. Ours is a definite fixer upper, so it may take awhile. 😉

Regarding the Lego head propane tank, I searched online for a face pattern that I printed off the correct size, cut out the face and traced it onto the painted tank. It was fun!

When I recovered my cushions I took the originals apart and used them as my pattern as well as used the zipper from them as well.
